Klenzoid is a distributor first, but a bed changeout is rarely just a delivery. These are the parts of the job we handle or arrange around the product.

Used Resin Removal
Spent resin taken off site so the bed changeout is one job, not two.
Removal and disposal of used ion exchange resin, arranged alongside the replacement bed. We supply 40-CF bulk bags for packaging the spent media.

Resin and Water Analysis
Find out whether the bed is exhausted, fouled, or simply mis-specified.
Laboratory analysis of resin samples and feedwater. The answer determines whether you need a full replacement bed, a clean, or a different resin type — and it is a considerably cheaper question to ask than to guess at.

RO Element Cleaning
Recover flux and rejection before committing to a replacement element set.
Cleaning of reverse osmosis elements to restore performance. Where cleaning cannot recover an element, we supply the replacement from stock.

Turnkey Changeout
Removal, installation and disposal handled as a single scope.
Through our service partners we can arrange resin removal and installation and equipment service, so the vessel goes back into service without you coordinating three separate vendors.

Technical Support
A named person who knows the chemistry, on a direct extension.
